J&K Sales communications

I've had trouble getting answers to questions I've sent to J&K.
The things I've ordered online have come quickly and have been what I
wanted, in good condition.
It's their failure to respond to questions that is irritating. I've
tried the phone numbers on their web site: no answer.
Have any of you had better luck? Can you suggest a better way to get a
reply from J&K?

I've found the best way to contact J&K is via email. They share
store space with another company and only one gentleman is actually
running J&K to my knowledge. I've contacted Ken Bush at
***@jksalesinc.com and he has been very helpful in the past.
